Junichi Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo) has officially obtained registration as a Residential Accommodation Management Company under Article 24 of the Japanese Private Lodging Business Act.
With this registration, Junichi Co., Ltd. is now officially authorized to carry out private lodging property management services in accordance with the law, including check-in/out assistance, cleaning, handling of complaints, and more.
