代表取締役の秋野天逸は、2010年より教育分野に従事し、日本語教育、不動産管理コンサルティング、ならびに心理支援分野において16年以上の実務経験を有しています。
心理学を専門とする大学院修士課程および博士課程を修了しており、加えて MBA（経営学修士） の学位も取得しています。教育・心理・経営の三領域を横断した専門性を強みとし、特に中国人留学生およびその保護者の心理特性に対する深い理解を有しています。
2010年には中国において心理カウンセラー関連の国家資格を取得し、
2013年には杭州にて心理カウンセリング事業を設立しました。
その後、日本国内においても心理相談・メンタルサポートサービスを提供してきました。また、日本国内においても心理相談関連資格を保有し、文化的背景を踏まえた多言語・多文化対応の心理支援を行っています。
近年では、中国の若者を中心に高まる占いや精神的ケアへのニーズを踏まえ、心理学的視点を基盤とした専門的な占い・スピリチュアルアドバイザリーサービスも導入しています。
さらに、不動産業における豊富な実務経験を活かし、東京都内にて民泊物件の運営・管理を行い、訪日外国人を中心とした安心・安全な宿泊サポート体制を構築しています。

I am Akino Tenichi, President of Junichi Co., Ltd.
I have been engaged in the education industry since 2010, with over 16 years of professional experience spanning Japanese language education, psychological support, and real estate consulting.
I hold a Master’s degree and a Doctoral degree in Psychology, as well as an MBA (Master of Business Administration).This interdisciplinary background allows me to integrate psychology, education, and business management in both practice and organizational strategy.
In 2010, I obtained a national-level psychological counseling qualification in China, and in 2013, I founded a psychological counseling firm in Hangzhou.
Subsequently, I expanded these services to Japan, where I also hold psychological counseling–related certifications, providing culturally sensitive mental support tailored to international clients.
Through long-term engagement with Chinese international students and their families, I have developed a deep understanding of the psychological challenges they face, including language barriers, academic pressure, and cultural adaptation.
In response to the strong interest in fortune-telling and spiritual guidance among young Chinese clients, we also offer professional spiritual advisory services grounded in psychological principles.
Moreover, leveraging our extensive experience in real estate management, we operate and manage short-term rental properties in Tokyo, providing safe, reliable, and supportive accommodation services primarily for international visitors.
